I'm still waiting on the new S02s to come in so I can get them mounted on the Spa, but I'm curious what you all think of the change from stock (wheels/tires from prior owner are not staggered and the wrong offset...+35...and are pictured below for comparison; while I like the way they look, they're heavy and just wrong, wrong, wrong on fitment).
There are some masking issues, and spots near some of the lug holes that aren't coated from the oven hangers, but for $150 I'm pleased with them.
I really like the AP1 wheels and I really like gunmetal in general... They look fantastic. I would even say I like them better than the wheels you currently have on there. Please post a pic after you get them mounted.
They look good for $150 but my opinon on this is that with a car like an S2000 i cant see myself painting stock S2000 rims. I mean i have painted rims ALOT but that was on my Hatch. Dont get me wrong they did a great job and you like them and thats whats important just putting in my .02 cents peace
i thought the same about painting the rims on my s, like it was it gonna be cheezy, this isnt a civic, i did it anyway and I'm happy i did it, flat black ap2 wheels
