You can't weld stainless and Ti together. Most people use rivets like T1R. The greddy TiC is unique in that the 3 bolts that hold in the silencer, also hold on the tip--so you don't get the annoying rattling when the rivets get loose, and you don't have ugly extra holes in the tip for a silencer like other brands.
I just PM;'ed you , but ill ask for everyone elses sake.. if you dont have the silencer in, whats to stop the tip from just falling off one day? My first exhaust (spugen, 3 years ago) had this same design, and after about 3 months the tip rattled around until it just fell off.

i had a greddy tic on my teg for over a year before i sold the car, LOVED IT the tip is held on by hex head bolts that fit really nice and DO NOT come loose ever. no rattles and sounded very nice
