I started a thread in 2006 about a two-piece hard top, like the OP did above. The thread had a lot of interest yet nobody was brave enough to hack up a perfectly good hard top. Glad someone finally took the plunge!!!

Great idea - we were thinking of doing this as well but was going to insert a plexi-glass top in the middle for a glass targa look!

Not working for me...makes it look like a del sol honestly. Not appealing to me whatsoever but props for cutting up an oem hardtop...it takes some serious balls.

It doesn't look like a del sol, it looks like a s2000 with the hardtop cut in half.

Sorry, not feeling it at all.
