but yeah, im all for the whole camber and tucking tire thing... on drift cars and nonfunctional cars (ie. vw's and vip's) but come on... s2k's aren't made for that. again, function over form because s2k's actually do have a function past their form.
saw this car in person... its sick as hell but this is more of a texas trend for the south.. ride low and flush. To each and own opinon i guess, theres not much track down here to take your car to the limit, most ppl just wana ride low and aggressive for a daily. I love it! its my wallpaper haha
Props to you!
im runnin negative -3 camber not as aggressive as you and my tires are alrdy being flip constantly, how do you set your toe with that aggresive set up?

I can appreciate that people want to be unique. But modifying your car should be an improvement on the design, or at least a latteral move (like changing paint). But these type of mods hurt the performance and serve no purpose. Like the guys who buy M3's and put 22" chrome rims, why head in the wrong direction? You want to slam an Impala? Not my taste, but an Impala isn't designed to be a sports car, so it's not hurting anything. The car still works. But taking a lightweight sports car designed to carve corners and slapping heavy wheels on it with handling-destroying camber on it just takes away the purpose of the car. I can't see Mr. Honda being proud of these cars. I've seen worse, but remember; just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
And let's keep in mind, these aren't Mustangs. Everytime I see this, I shed a tear knowing there is 1 less S2000 out there. (because you killed it)

HE bought the car, HE can do what he wants. My car like a lot of other people on this site will NEVER see track time. Some just want to cruise it. Plain and simple.
Nobody is going to stop HIM from doing whatever HE wants to HIS car. Some of us just don't get why anyone would want that?
And it has nothing to do with performance... I think the "stance" fad looks stupid. It makes cars look cheap and ghetto. That was fine with me back when people did it to cheap ghetto cars, but I happen to hold the S to a higher regard (even if the prices have fallen so much).
Honestly, I'm with iLuveketchup on this. I probably need to sell soon anyway, but the de-evolution of the S2000 community is going to make that much easier for me to do. I really can't look in too many Gallery threads anymore, I just don't see much that appeals to me on this site.
No offense to the OP, seems like he has a good attitude and is doing what looks good to him. It must just be my time to move on.

edit: everyone liked TJ's car, because TJ's car was well done. correctly shaped fenders, a good paintjob and clean. all these cars have shit paint, ripped fenders and are beat to hell. thats the difference.
