did you check the test pipe? if it's one of the test pipes that allows you to bolt on the oe heatshield from the cat, it's possible that the mounting brackets attached to the test pipe for the heatshield have broken and are rattling against the heat shield.

I had a similar rattling when this happened to my test pipe.

thats a bad rattle, sounds like a messed up resonator, but i dont know what ajr or evasive can do, they just sell the parts.

definetly not my TEST PIPE, i dont have any sheild on itt.....

and i wish i could not care about a busted test pipe... i surely dont shit money and i belive spending 1.5k (just about) for an exhaust 2 bust from the rez is kinda wack... and not somthing id just NOT CARE ABOUT.. maybe a bullshit lip or somthing 300$.. but not 1.5k...

and im not blaiming evasive or ajr... but im sure they can help me get or tlk to the right people for me since they deal through them (id hope)...

if u so worry bout spending 1.5k on a muffler over a year ago .. should have took some time and returning it when u still can.. and getting antoher one.. too late now.. or is it.. but u can remove the exhaust from the hangers and let it sit on someting that wont rattle on.. and rev it up.. if it goes away it might be waht most have been say bout the hanger.. or take the exhaust system off and tyr pouring the broken metal out..

i see a customer bring in a tC saying it rattles in the muffler.. she was beach and wanted to warrenty everything.. i replaced it anyways but i was able to pour out a rock from the muffler lol..

like i said earlyer, i did not have much time.. i go 2 school Full Time, and work a Full Time job... if i had the time i would have taken care of it earlyer...
