The exhaust note on the HKS is awesome, that's probably the only reason I stayed dual when I had my S2K. The spugen doesn't sound bad but I've heard so many others that sound just like it.

Most will agree that the exhaust note on the G35/350Z sounds great, and the resonator used on the HKS is very similar...just the HKS is louder of course.
