One thing that I would do is paint the entire depression around the side windows black along with the faux window (circled areas below). The lines running across it have always looked a little forced to me. Good luck, should look great in the color of your car.
If you do paint all the way around the window, it will be easier to get a nice line running to the back of the faux window. I put this line in red below to show what I am talking about.
If you're going for a faux window look, then the 1st one is the answer. Otherwise, paint it all one color (or at least don't try to make it look like a window). The 2nd one doesn't look like a window to me.
