ijumpman23, I'm sorry to read about your little mishap. I know it is hard to really tell from the photos, but I suspect your car will definitely NOT be totaled. Start asking around with all your local members and find out what body shops are rated the best and then just take it one day at a time.
Good luck.

I would still appeal this accident not to be your fault. There is still a chance for the state adjuster to find you not at fault due to weather conditions.

Good Luck.

Good that no one got hurt....

I am thinking at least...10,000 if suspension work became a problem. You got pretty much to whole passenger side to work with...tires....rims...alignment...paint the whole car....rear bumper.

Hope everything works out....and she will be back to new soon.

it defenitly won't be a total lost....don't worry I lost control of my car in the expressway....I had front and rear damage to the point that the trunk didn't exist...the car should have been a total lost but it wasn't.....$16,000 worth of damage.....now it has been 1yr 5 months driving the same car that was wrecked and its better than ever...thanks to the ins. got some nice rims and tires out of it...don't worry you'll be fine...just drive responsible...

Make sure there isn't any frame damage. I'd be really hesitant to take any car back that has over 10,000$ in damage. It's just too much reconstruction for it to ever be the same again....especially with a precise handling car like the S.

When I wrecked mine, the adjuster said it was about $27,000 in damages. Needless to say, it was totaled. And I got about $36,500 from them, paid off my car, and I got about $1500 back. Then bought my current car .

And my insurance went up about $300/year.

wow, i got only a SMALL ding in my fender and some scratches on my bumper when a trucks HUGE tire decided to rub my car's azz....and the damage came to 1k (well, $990.00).

best of luck dude. hang in there!

S-02's- i have 12k on my car, the thread is down quite a bit. i've never had problems with the tires in the rain so far. less traction overall, that is to be expected. the only problem i have is when it gets cold. S02's make me nervous then (brrr)....

Man, I can't believe that story. You actually recieved Rick's Badges???? I ordered mine on Sept. 7th. Still haven't seen a thing. You think U got problems. I'm driving around with two holes in the front and two in the back. If your cars totalled, pop those little emblems off and send em to me.
