I believe it's an older PLX setup. They used to look like that:

Nah, he just got some generic pods and artfully mounted them upside down within the stock cluster. He made it 'custom' but it's not something you could buy.

Pretty clean look, though.

No prob on the PLX suggestion. I am pretty sure it is PLX but I also know Innovative made a similar product years ago that I had on my FD RX-7.
