Unfortunately guys, I think this is a one time thing, for me at least. There was ALOT of work involved in doing it the way I did it. If there were an easier way then maybe it would be cost effective to do these for other people, but the way I did it was the only way I experimented with that gave desirable results. I really wish I would have taken a picture of the screen before I mounted it in the housing so all of you could see all the wires and how tightly they are routed...if you could see that you'd understand. This is kinda like clearing out the corners on the stock headlights. Nobody wants to do it aftermarket for people because of all the time involved and the possible quality issues after the fact. Maybe Rick could manufacturer windscreens with something like this incorporated into the design to make it a little easier to wire. Alot of work but it would probably sell!

I am very impressed, great idea........... do you do fiber optics or something? I do allot custom wiring and that does sound very tedious. You pulled it off great though, killer job

Look at the pictures brake2 and nobrake2, if you look carefully at the top of the windscreen you can see bright "spots"...4 for the white lights and 6 for the red LEDs, directly down from there is where the lights are positioned. If you notice, they aren't spaced evenly, this is because the bottom of the windscreen isn't flat and I had to position the lights around the tabs where the screws go.

One of the most innovative mods I've ever seen. Awesome.
