I completely understand why they would want to sever ties if an employee has wronged them but posting about it on a forum is not the right thing to do and could possibly attract legal attention if Dickson wanted to pursue it.
There should have been a simple post stating he's no longer a member of the AJ team and that all inquiries should be directed to XYZ sales members.

And also he have send out Email sayin the exact same thing to all the customer that bought from them before, so why post it up to the public.

Duh i would think that you would know that considering this is a public forum.
yeah he could have sent an email out, but what good does that do for future customers. It's not that hard to think ahead and look out for other people, but its obvious some of you don't understand.

The employee/employer relationship can end in one of three ways:
Employee is fired.
Employee has a negotiated leave date and/or package.
Employee has quit.
I don't read any such detail in the original post about anyone being fired.
