do not order any spoonsports parts from here.
they say theyare an authorized dealer yet cant get a simple order for me.
i ordered my spoon clutch and flywheel in the 1st week of feb.
they said 3 to 5 weeks right?
well i called during that time and they said call back in the 2nd week of march. so i did. now they said call back int he second week of april. so i called today and asked you think youll get em by next week? and the guy answered, honestly no. becuase we didnt get no fax confimation. now my car sits in my garage and i cant go nowhere. not even to school. which is only 5 miles away.
worst of all, they said i cant get a refund because i signed a non-refundable special order deposit.
i need your guys' opinion. do you think i have the right to get my moey refunded if tthey dont receive the order in the 3 to 5 weeks that they say they can? should i take legal action?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS EVER!!!

and I take this as another word of warning: buy from site sponsors and authorized resellers - this will assure you that you are getting the right product and the right service. if you are trying to save two dollars, get a buy one get one free coupon for taco bell. these are car parts! ha! =)

todaysivxx: since you signed the form i think you are pretty much stuck with them. I try to check if they have the parts before I order if not I just order from AJ-R.

But, I am also waiting on my parts from Bulletproofautomoible.com. It's already been too long. May be we should have some sort of form also something like this:
Order Placed
Date : Xx xx xx
Order Promised to be deliverdy by 4-6 weeks from date of order placed
If order is recieved, after promised timing..... $25 off each week it's late:

 

You are the first person I've heard of having a bad experience with inlinefour. I've received nothing but the best customer service from them, and so have many countless others. They really take care of their customers...maybe you should try to let them know you are unhappy. I have every confidence that they will resolve it to your satisfaction.

 

I didn't have the best luck with them either. I called them because they forgot to include a bracket with my order. The guy was rude on the phone, and he never actually did anything to solve the problem. I ended having to call back again two weeks later and go through the whole process again, and now I am waiting to see if I get anything from them.

 

i didn't really have a good experience either, i got my smoked sidemarkers from them, and im pretty sure they were used because there was silver overspray on them. you should try buying from site sponsers, they have better prices and you can always talk to them on s2ki.

 

i had problems with them too. they sent me the wrong products and wouldn't resolve anything.

I unfortunately have no control over availability of the product in Japan. The parts you wanted were not yet in production during the timing of the last container, which is why they didnt make it. They are still on order, and should make the next shipment. However, despite the order already being placed, if you'd like, we can privately arrange some sort of refund (you already recieved part of the shipment). I have no interest in upsetting a customer, and it is especially painful when I cant do anything about the situation except wait, like you are.
