The OEM Honda side window seals will not fit right with this top. The molding is made specifically for the OEM top. you could possibly alter it and get it in their some how, but speaking from expierence it doesn't fit right. I just tried this last week btw and it was pretty irritating spending $200+ for the seals and not having them work. Good luck bro, and let me know if you find a better alternative. If you do try to alter them make sure you test the windows first. I altered one for the passenger side and found that if the seal is too far in the channel, when you roll the window up you can't open the door. LOL The OEM seal is nice and really beefy compared to the other seals floating around out there. I can't believe how hard it is to find weatherstripping in the right size and shape that isn't just an over-priced piece of cut rubber.

it's a reasonably easy DIY job to make your own head lining. I did to mine.

Keep looking guys you'll eventually find the right weather stripping, or you can still get my setup sent over. Up to you I guess cheers.
