Alcantara doesn't work well in convertibles. Holds dirt and dust and is a PITA to clean.

Found the problem/solution/trick.

When I initially put the upholstery on, the covers had been sitting in the garage (unheated) and were fairly cold. Stretched all the wrinkles out as I was putting them on.

However, after it warmed up, the leather loosened up a bit. I'm waiting for the a sunny day this week and I'll pull the seats, leave them in direct sunlight then tighten them up again.

Spent 5-6 hours driving today - much more comfortable than OEM, and they seem to hold you in place better (less slippery).

that interior has to be one of hte nicest custom interiors I have seen, and moreover, it looks soooo comfortable.....wow you guys worked really fast on that s2000!!!!
