^ it's exactly the bottom of the ap2 bumper. It curves too much. You can try to see if this would fit the ap2 lip?? Perhaps that might work but don't quote me on that.

thank you. that is exactly what I thought it would be which will ot be a problem. I am going to cut the piece just where the ap2 bumper starts the curve in. I want the bottom of the peice to align with the top side of the stock lip

These fenders actually dont suck up too many rocks, I had the fenders covered with 3m on the inner area after a couple months of driving and there were no rock chips

Bringing back my old thread because I'd rather not make a new one.

I never got to do this to MY04 because I was forced to sell it.

Now that I have MY07 I am thinking of going down this path.

I was wondering since it's been a while if any more members had tried this on stock bumpers. Or if anyone even can post a decent pics of cars with these fenders on-preferable straight on shots.

nichigo - wow that is possible the best J's car I have seen to date.

I remember telling you I was going with the asm front fenders, but with the current group buy on the replicas I am having a change of heart

Nothing beats quality

But i understand the affordability of the J's fenders. Just remember, you get what you pay for

I'm sure it'll look great tho...give me some feedback on how the j's rep stuff works out after you get it...I might be interested in the sides eventually
