your car looks like mine! silverstone, vents in the hood, carbon fiber mirrors...and i even used to have TE's. looking at that makes me want to vent the other side of my hood as well. i have mine vented exactly the same but on the left side. you dont have any issues with the water getting on the battery?

nope..battery is sealed so there's no point in worrying about the battery..it's the alternator and all those fluids located on the other side i'm worried about getting wet...besides...the header and intake (i have the mugen style so i dont have to worry about water getting in since the opening is tucked inside my front bumper) is what produces the most heat so it's logical to vent my side rather than yours...you should feel the heat that comes out of my vents after i turn off the car..it's amazing
