Uhh guys, didn't you know that it IS POSSIBLE for you to report the accident, have a police officer come out to the scene, and then file a report. The person that hit you DOES NOT HAVE TO ADMIT IT!! The police officer can even take a sample of the paint and match it to the car if need be. Just because the hillbilly says, "Duh, I didn't hit it this time...duh," doesn't mean that is the end of the story. Tell me you had the police come out. PLEASE!! If not...well...I don't know what to say.

Side note....the person that hit you is probably a genuine bonafide moron and actually does not know she hit you. The girl across the street from my house backed into my girlfriends Honda Civic and CAVED THE QUARTER PANEL IN!! She had no idea she even tapped the car, much less caved it in. DUMB!!

I'm not surprised.. it happened in pathetic Toronto right .

Too bad we don't live in a proper nation where they give their citizens "the right to bear arms" so the proper action would have been taken..

oh well..

Interesting...take a look at the angle of the front tires...she is parked in between 2 cars and if she were NOT to turn her steering wheel on the way out of that parking spot, I could see it possible that her rear corner bumper did in fact do the damage and she is going to probably hit the other car beside her on the way out.

Find out the height of her bumper. If the height matches I would use your excellent pictures as proof and still file a claim against her.

However this is just a possibilty.

That really sucks.

hmmm, did you check his rear bumpers? Because that's what it looks like if he was the guy. I'm guessing he tried to back in, but completely misjudged the space and backed into your car instead. I don't believe there's anyway it was his front bumpers since he's facing outward.
btw, did you get his license plate #?
