at any rate.. someone has to finish the project! It may as well be you... (even if you decide to sell it after its done) the value of the car will most likely be greater once it actually MOVES! just buy the necessary parts to get it running and get it done. the thing about projects like these.... is... they need finished. suck it up and buy the parts to complete the project, then if your so concerned about finances.. you can sell it at that point.
