I think it looks great. I like the Amuse style hoods too, but this one looks nice in its own way. I really like how you made the scoop sorta angular, as opposed to the more flowing shape on the 575. That really goes well with the S2000s lines.

Make it functional with a competitive price and you'd probably take my money. I like this painted look over the normal carbon fiber offerings but a carbon fiber version of this hood might look sweet as well. Funny how these hood type scoops always gets folks to pull into the right lane...least it did with my GTV6, All-Trac Turbo GTS and Camaro SS.
At the very least, it should come with a stainless steel grille of some sort inside there. Imagine what the engine would look like after a month?
Route the air flow away from the engine and to the front, towards the radiator?

That type of hood provides no benefits unless it is hooked into the intake of the engine to give it Ram Air.

Hey man I like that hood, reminds me of the one on my celica all trac turbo. Looks sweet IMO. Makes it look for aggresive

i don't know anything about functionality, but i would prefer a few more shots from different angles before i cast my opinion about the looks of the hood.
