I have been wanting to make a setup like this for my Comptech intake. I just need to stop being lazy and do it.
The 3m CF looks really good.

thanks for trying but all the money and effort honda went in to develop the intake just went down the drain.

now the hot metal pipe is going to suck down even hotter engine bay air

the headsoak situation is well documented, i made a datalogging test a few year ago and the number is exactly that.
