thats actually my rear bumper i just bought it......its a Tommy from Go Tuning custom rear, Fitment is , but 2 hours later made it fit pretty well i just need the mesh now.

^Since that bumper is fiberglass you could use some body filler or fiberglass resin to bond some twist ties or paperclipes to the inside of the bumper. then use them to hold your mesh in.

still not quite finished, but finally got the other side done. i'll be painting the rear beam black and mesh it. bad lighting + no tripod + cold shaky hands = crappy pic
