Thanks for all the replies guys. I would not write a 'how to' on this, as it is WAYYYYYY too complicated.

Example. The ac/recirculate buttons share one socket type regular bulb. 1 led would not cut it. I had to splice a 2nd led to it and sodder it directly to the pc board. Another thing is figuring out what end is positive and negative... LED's are polarized, whereas incandescant bulbs are not. The whole install is like this... all theses little things you dont expect. I guess i really should taken some pics while i was doing it though...
