nope not at all, not a new one but a used one.

and I already mention it's in a rebuild stage, so yes that means new bumper and new wheels.

parts for the ls430 is considerably a lot more expensive than the s2k. My interior with fiber optic headliner

Don't the actual VIPs ride in the back of limos, not drive them? This style confuses me a lot. Also, pretty sure i've never seen an actual VIP riding around in a hella flush car. It's your money do what you want, but I have no idea why anyone would ever enjoy this done to their car.
