nice car! nice pics! I usually follow SIP with Final Polish. It gets the paint squeaky clean and ready for LSP.
Thanks for the info, I'll try it the next go-around.
Hi there, did you use a RO (Porter cable, udm, gc) or a rotary? what kind of pad? I know for sure you can finish off pretty well using Intensive polish, an RO and an orange LC cutting pad. If you used a rotary and a cutting pad orange or white it would seem very hard to finish off hologram free. THe reason being is that super intensive polish is really made for hard ceramic clear coats (audi, benz, bmw etc.) and not soft honda clear coat. You may be able to get away with it if you use SIP with a white pad and a porter cable. DId you 70% IPA spray afterwards to remove the polish oils that hide the hologramming? Since your car is yellow it may be hard to see since it would take the right light to show the holograms, but most of the guys that I know that use SIP follow up with a secondary polish to clean things up to get it LSP ready. From my experience (ive got a berlina black) any time Ive used an orange pad with SIP or purple foamed wool I have always gotten heavy hologramiming. Either way she looks great!

Thanks for the input. I used a Flex rotary polisher with orange pad. I then used race glaze and insulator waxes with blue pads.

I came from the VW world, which is why I used the same process without worries. But I appreciate the input and will keep it in mind next time!
