It was definitely a smart move. I'm still young too and I am using my s2k as sort of a fun equity builder I work part time to pay it off and whent he day comes to put down on a home, it will have to leave me. I know it's not really a smart investment or a good place to park your money, but I'm bad with keeping large sums of money in the bank Plus I might as well have some fun. Enjoy the sti and your new HOME!

Thanks. Ill be turning 21 in April, so it will be a smart move to own my own place at a young age. It is a 2 bedroom condo with 2 car garage, so I will have a roomate for awhile and then once I have graduated from college and can afford the full mortgage, I will live on my own. By then I hope to have more cars than spaces in the garage for.

Nice Sti!

Its amazing you got that much money out of your mods. $20K is quite a bit.
