My New Silver/Red S2000
Heya nice car - I just picked the exact same one up a couple of weeks ago. I thought the red was a little hard to get used to - but - - it really starts to grow on you. I've had and driven alot of sports cars - I can't help but say this has got to be the most fun to drive so far. Happy driving to you.
I just noticed that you said something about your insurance bill. My insurance premium for the S2k was actually not that bad. I'm paying about $650 ($500 deductible) for the year with Liberty Mutual (<- great company) and I'm not in Insurance sales at all.
Chuynh, you're kidding right? $650/yr.?
I'll be paying $265 a month with sorry ass GMAC for full coverage. Progressive BTW wanted $350!
Yes, I currently have two tickets on my record, speeding (+8) / accident-not at fault - both 2 yrs. old.
Someone must have given a tape of the way I drive my S2K to the insurance companies!

That is a beautiful car ! I would love to own one myself, but it won't be for a while till I can get one. I am gonna go test drive one real soon though !
I think my VR4 will hold me over till I can get one (I only got 39k on it). One day soon though I will be able to afford a second car, and I definately LOVE the convertible.

Hey Tampabuc - yup I'm serious about it. I'll be 30 this year so my rates dropped down. Some insurance companies go by your age, where you live, how long you've been driving, etc. It also helps to have everything you own insured by the same insurance company.
I noticed the radar detector ( a must have) cord running from the power access to the windshield. I had mine cord hard mounted and it sits to the left of the gauge housing next to the 'A' pillar. It's out of the way and hides very well. You might want to look into it. Just a suggestion. Love the car and the site.
