I think you installed it incorrectly 
Prioject Mu rotors have vanes in the same direction as their slots, compare to most other brands. So the slots need to face anticlockwise like the picture above. That is how I installed them on my Skyline.
Do you know if Project Mu make rear rotors for the s2k s2000_europe?
