You would want to ask the forums very own AnDy_PaNdY

I made two from different materials and simply fitted the one which looked the best."

"I decided to fit the mesh grill, it is not too easy to see in the picture but it blends in with the front of the car perfectly.
If you are very patient you can fit the grill with cable ties thus avoiding having to remove any parts of the car.
Give it a go."

I would seriously think about making your own grill, it's pretty simple and you get a sense of achievement from doing it.
Don't make the grill to restictive though as airflow is important.

i think it's a good idea. i got question though, how to make the cutting to be a sure fit and how about the plastic trim??
