Thats how I'm leaning. I the black hardtop doesn't look bad but all red looks so sweet too me.

Problem with my car is it's in my garge tucked away for the winter lol and I'm here and work so I decided to use other pics to help describe my car. My orignal plan and the one I'm most likely leaning to is have it look like dunstops car (the all white s2k with the feels kit and gp sports bumper). I thought that would look really sweet but I always like the mugen and one came up for sale by me. XclusiveAutosports I'm looking at you for this one cause I saw your for sale post. Everything was set til I saw your top for sale .

All of this stuff is just sitting in my garage only that is acut on the car is the Berlina black Hardtop. Believe me David-D I always tell people that too. You do want you want which is exactly what I'm planning on doing I'm just asking for some opinions concerning the Mugen hardtop lol. My goal is just to the lines of the S2k and to make it just look alittle bit more sportier than it already is plus to make mine alittle different from the few local s2k's. So far appreciate everyones feedback keep it coming. Thanks.

Mike

if the wheels go black, get the black oem top

if the wheels stay, go w/ painted mugen w/ sides black and add tint.

Keep the OEM hardtop. I guess I'm the only here that doesn't like the Mugen hardtop....

I personally would never buy it, but I still think it makes some S2000's look even better than they originally do. I have an OEM because my car looks stock and I think the Mugen doesn't flow right if the car isn't modded.

I am contemplating the same thing. I have a '01 NFR with OEM front lip and OEM rear spoiler, 18" Volk GTP, and lowered on Tein S-techs. Just not sure if the Mugen top will look good on my pretty much stock exterior. Ahh...decisions... I love the Mugen HT, but just not sure if it will "flow" very well without sideskirts or a more aggressive front and rear

OEM > Mugen all damn day long.

The quality isnt even comparable. Fit and finish is not near as good either.

Not saying the Mugen is a bad product though, as it is still extremely nice, just not comparable to the OEM hardtop.

^ OEM also has a rear defroster which is a BIG plus up here in Canada
