Try and find someone somewhere, maybe a local paper, better business bureau, etc. who would run a story about how this dealership trashed your car taking it out for a drive in crappy weather. How they're trying to fix it cheap and give you salvage title car, and how they tried to pin the blame on you, etc.
PRESSURE. The dealership would rather throw money at you than have their name smeared among the public, which is full of potential customers. And let them know you're gonna pass out flyers letting people know what the dealership did, etc. . . . scare tactics work in these cases. Hell, bring in a few flyers you've already made . . .

Thats the only way to deal with it nowadays since everyone doesn't take responsibility for their screw ups!
man that really sucks i have had diffrent companies try to rip me off and i havnt had to get a lawyer yet lucky theres the media usaully a threat alone about going to the media with dirt on them scares them into doing you right and if not tell ur story to the media they love a story of a corrupt buisness person and best part is media coverage is free

Nick, if you need a lawyer...CALL ME! The one I used against this same dealership is the same one that was used in 14 other cases against the them.
...and yes, 'Investigaton 5' (local NBC investigative reports) was called in to do a report about them.
