Yes, you're not going to get out of that.


I do think it's a little bit misleading to post the gusseted version and not the non-gusseted version. Looks like a good alternative to the Ballade.

we will post pictures of both options. this bar is the first one made and it has gussets. once we get the first batch in we will post some pictures without gussets shortly

Any idea yet on if it will work with the stock glove box for those who would want to keep it? Secret compartment functionality? The more pictures the better, but it looks great!

Im going to be working on getting as much of the plastics in as I can but just initially eyeballing it during install it looks like Ill have to cut a lot of the secret compartment lid but not the glovebox. Ill post pics when Im done.

if you want to retain stock glove box, you would have to cut a good amount of it in the back.

I did some initial cutting of the interior plastics tonight and I had to cut a lot of the secret compartment and about half the depth of the glovebox. I was still able to retain the encasement of the trunk switch and just used screws to hold down the back of the secret compartment from underneath so you cant tell. I just did rough cuts and initial fitment of the rest of the plastics and it looks like everything will fit up well and not look too bad once I finish the edges, stiffen a couple spots with some metal brackets and clean them all up.
