from what i heard on another thread it is possible this piece would run you $500-650 
......if you want function get the mugen lip for almost the same price and that is for sure tested and very funtional

i just got off the phone with kc from apr. the price is still up in the air but he reaffirmed the above statement that it will be lower than 600. they will be going over the exact figures tonight and he told me to call back tomorrow at noon again for pricing. tomorrow is also when he expects production of the lip to begin.
he mentioned something along the lines of the lip POSSIBLY being produced in another material...or something like that have one done already (perhaps another prototype). i wasnt paying too much attention to that portion of the convo since all i was thinking of was the cf lip at the time
so if you have any inquiries regarding the lip being made in another material besides cf, i would call and ask
kc also was unsure which of the resellers would be the first to carry the lip in stock. however, dorikin told me it will be sp engineering so im sure hes right.
kcs a great guy to deal with. he took time out to explain everything. big oh and he seemed really delighted to hear that the lip is receiving so much praise. so i dont know if thatll be a good thing for pricing or a bad thing. my guess from a business point of view, they may raise it a bit since they know demand for it is already high but i guess we shall find out tomorrow for sure.
