About the CR:
I like the suspension of the CR. Pretty cheap to up grade a non-CR to CR suspension. I really do not like the look of the CR. And, no soft top on the CR drops practical factor to unacceptable level.

But being in the financial business for over 6 years, I bet it set you back a good 4 thousand due to tax & licensing fees. But it's your money, do whatever makes you happy. Not much nicer (depends on different taste) if not; less nicer than your previous car.

to all the people that say an 07 is like an 08 -09 .
except the nicer cluster on the 08-09
except the tire pressure mointoring system
except the revised suspension
except the revised seats / red stiching
except the different wheels
except that the car is 2 years newer
except it has two more years on warranty
except that it is the last year of the s2000
my point is the op bought a new car is happy about it, why would you come on his post and say you don't understand or that he made a poor financial decision???
i am on my third s2000 and whether you like it or not they didn't get worse over time only better. take a new s2000 and put re01, re11's or re070's on it, lower the suspension, intake and exhaust (mild mods) and in my opinion you have perfection. my ap1 needed wheels, tires, interior updates gears, supercharger, exhaust, suspension and more and still was not as good as my 08.

its great that you brought black, personally i think a black s2k looks much better than a silver one
