NOOOOOOO!
ALWAYS CALL THE COPS.
Here's something that happend to a friend. Some guy cuts in front of my friend leaving a few feet between their bumpers coming up to a changing light. He jams on his brakes and my friend rear ends him. Guy gets out and takes full responsibility. A witness concurs what the guys says, it's not my friends fault. Like an idiot my friend doesn't call the cops. They exchange info. The next day my friend gets a call from his insurance co about a claim they received from the other guy. Other guy now claims my friend rear ended him while he was just sitting at the light. Also filed a police report. Of course this guy has medical bills and the witness is now long gone because my friend didn't get his number. Guess who's insurance company got stuck with the bill?

I was expecting much worse from the title of the thread... I think it wasn't wise for you to not call the police of course. I think it was even worse that you allowed the drunk driver to get away. If anything, you are setting a precedent that will inspire her to drive drunk again. Glad the damage is not that bad, but good luck trying to get the car fixed with her insurance. They do have a couple of things against you now- 1. She wasn't driving the car. 2. Private property (parking lot) and rules of the road don't apply. Best of luck!
so take the $987, purchase oem parts on here doesn't matter what color, put em on yourself then take the rest and have someone paint em for you.....
or if you are mechanically inclined at all just sand down the scratch on your lip, buy some Z-grip, go to autobody101.com and do a tiny bit of research and fix the scratch yourself....it's not hard i've painted two cars and repaired all types of dents/scratches from just watching people work at bodyshops and what i know from autobody101.com
good luck

if i learned one lesson from this whole mess, its that if you fight with the insurance company hold your ground and in the end you'll win, that is if you werent the one at fault. also, like everyone said... call the cops.
