The kid got out of the jeep and tried fighting me in front of the officer! haha so I was a little upset. 
I've been thinking about rebuilding it but I don't know if it's worth it. I got the weekend to think about it. I'm thinking wide body with an ls swap if I do.

This kid tried showing off to his friends in his moms 4 door lifted Wrangler. He entered the wrong lane while exiting the McDonalds in the background. He was going way to fast and cut the turn to sharp and ran right into me.
It's going to cost $10585 to fix. Both frame rails need replacing

^ haha the officer wouldn't let me near the kid. He knew that I was extremely pissed!
I spoke to a good friend that owns a body shop. He told me once the frame rails a damaged it's not worth fixing. It'll never drive or handle the same. I'm having it taken to his shop to get a second opinion and, so he can give me a more definitive answer on what to do.
So now the question is do I want to part it out.

Well the drama doesn't even stop there. Apparently this 17 year old kid is not on the insurance policy. They just purchased the brand new 4 door wrangler and, they left the keys out. So he takes said Jeep to McDonalds to show it off. Reasons unknown to everyone he thought it was ok to cut across traffic. Probably to get it back before his parents got home. When he struck my vehicle it was at the white line. And the parents have yet to contact their insurance company. Soooo I'm pretty much just sitting here. no rental car, no info, all I do know is how much it's going to cost to fix. Drama, drama, drama.

OMG, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm glad that you're OK though.
Similar story happened to me when my Civic Si sedan was totaled. I was sitting at a red light and a lady rear-ended me at ~40mph. Tried to say it was my fault. I was a red light lol.
Either way man, hope nothing but the best works out for you. If you must total, and don't wanna rebuild, definitely get another S haha
