NSX, IS300, S2k
i dunno some of u are too obsessive over the nsx
the way i see it, he has the best of both worlds
he has a turbo is300 which pending on how much boost is running could pretty much smoke a hefty # of cars on the road today while seating 4 passengers at least and he also has a 2 door drop top sports car which he doesn't need to be paranoid about when he's out
i'd be pretty satisfied
couldnt have said it better myself. but i LOVE IS300's and will probably be the next car i get for the wife. sorry i cant quote very well

So.... i guess I'm the only one who is paranoid about MY s??

swearing that i wouldn't drive it in the rain, and etc etc etc
after a week it was like meh
the more u worry about something the more crap's gonna happen and u are stressing urself over nothing
as long as u have full comprehensive insurance u shouldn't need to worry much, providing ur car has no mods/ice/etc which would then be ur own loss unless it's covered as well
I agree with the OP, the nsx is a GREAT car. but imo, people let the exotic looks and high price/prestige of the car cloud their judgement. drive a s2000 next to an nsx and you'll be left asking where did the extra 65,000 bucks go? i would love to have a car that looked like the nsx-t but drove like the S2000.

I drove the NSX and the s2k numerous time before i decided to go with the NSX. Based on your statement - I am guessing you had a very limited test drive of the NSX. The s2k is a easy car to spank on a test drive but its performance envelope is not in the same league as the NSX.
You have to spend alot more time in the NSX before you realize its capabilities go far far beyond your capabilities.
Kinda like when somebody asks me whats the big difference between a boxster and a 911.
