I'm starting to rarely see ap1's now, expecially with everyone converting to ap2 including myself with the front bumper and lip, I think ap1 is gonna be more rare in the future..

here is my Spa MY 01
stock:
last week (front end is currently getting painted):
glass window top
ap2 front bumper
ap2 OEM front lip
ap2 leather covered shift knob
ap2v1 wheels
Not planning on doing rear bumper or any of the lights. If I do something with the headlights it would be the "mulderized" look

well...
i had a 2006 ap2 before my ap1
and that 1k makes a huge difference.
they feel like 2 differnet cars.
the ap1 is alot more aggresive.
i much more prefer my ap1 to my ap2

You have to cut the corner of the metal bumper support so that the bumper cover doesn't hit. I believe it is a couple inches off the corner that needs to be cut. I never cut mine though. So i got the spider cracks unfortunately. I will cut it before I have my front end repainted.
