if it is 265hp at the fly wheel, that is not impressive at all! (atleast to me)
With a red line of 12,000 rpms it should really be cranking out some serious HPs. Seeing how HPs and RPMs go togeather like peanut butter and jelly!

Wait....the spark plug got sucked into the engine (as you said next to the picture above) or it was loose and fired at the wrong time?? Please explain this to me.

What kind of warranty does Spoon give for the 12kRPM engine? F1 cars can rev to 18+K but then they only last a weekend....

I had david check on the cluster and Spoon stated that it won't be available. That sucks.

I am curious that to know if the engine stats are right then. Because if the gauges aren't available, then how do we know we have reached 12k rpm?

I don't think you get one. Aftermarket stuff like (especially 'exotic' engines) seldom have a warranty. If they do make it available to the public (which I doubt) it would only be for race only. In which case, you'd better be racing (sponsored) and have a good honda mechanic to tear down and rebuild the engine after every race.

We can only dream... ~sigh~

Come on, Honda! Where's your V-8!?!?!?!?!?
