Good question. I wanted the cluster for my car because the temp gauge has more percise readings. Spoon stated that they had only made a few for their cars and for display.

Anyone know the torque rating on this engine? Is there anyone on this board who actually bought the engine and can comment on it?

MG Racing sold the one shown in the picture. There are different levels of Spoon parts available for this engine. The full blown Ti engine is $12.5K including a reworked tranny. Anyone with the $ can buy one.

Can't you get almost 265 HP with CAI, VAFC, Exhaust, Headers?

I'm wondering, if the Spoon F20C is 265 HP at the flywheel, then how much it'd put down to the wheels. If they do any rear end work.

Also, anyone know at what MPH each gear redlines at?

For 9k you could make almost twice as much horsepower with a Turbo Setup. Whats wrong with you people?
Someone please clarify - why you would want to spend that much just for 25 hp gain?
Is it what you could do with it afterwards? By that time you should just go buy a vette or M5.

natural power and force induction are two diffrent thing. i guess its up to the person. N/A power the engine last longer and it can rev up to higher rpm and force induction kills engine life but gives you the boost that you need for the racing. N/A power is more like F1 cars. i would go with N/A set up then force induction. but thats just me cuz i love that high revin sound. plus honda N/A set up makes Vtec sound hella loud and hella nice

One thing to consider on this:
The factory F20C is almost 9K and the Spoon engine is 12K WITH the tranny.... Also consider that the Spoon design philosophy is built around endurance racing, not just all out power... I would consider that since this engine is blueprinted and built right, it will definately take some abuse...

Also to the person who made the observation that you can make 265 at the crank with mods.. Just think of what you can do with all those mods on the Spoon F20C? That would be sweet.

Just something to think about eh?
