I'm pretty sure these are "titanium" wheels, nor lips.

it's called rainbow lip or something...

Hmm.. there's something strange about that lip. Its uniform all around but the Ray's Gram Lights has different colors and shades across the whole lip.

Yes its definitely something you'll get mixed reactions with in a crowd...
They're definitely flashy... probably one of the biggest design risks since the chrome spinners.

I've had mine for a few months, and like them mostly because its different... Not the typical wheel you'll find on the forum.
Its not for everyone.. and you have to remember that you can't please everyone either... but hey... its YOUR ride right?
