The "diffuser" is that molded section that defines the exhaust area. I have it painted black to make it look more like a diffuser. It is not a real diffuser but has some airflow qualities

Just a note, I had to heat up and bend my right muffler on my RSR exhaust to get the bumper to fit. It was about an inch off. I'm thinking thats because the RSR has such big canisters and short tips so the canister section actually sits in the exhaust opening of the bumper.

I had to heat the pipes and do some "tweaking" to make my exhaust line up straight too

Thats a Top Secret Diffuser. It doesn't come with the bumper. You can purchase it separately.
