i don't think that's ccdan's car, just one of their customer's.

As for the 285, I already did 295 on a 10.5...
what was the offset though?

Yeah, it really does look ghetto. Like people could afford nice wheels but not the correct size tire.

Also, the AP1 rear S02 tire is given a 225 size, but it actually measures closer to a 245 tire, just so some of you noobs know. It's actually the same tire the Boxster was given at once time, something insurance related I believe. And if you're running a 245 on a 9" or bigger wheel that's pretty weak, christ, stock AP2 tire is 245 on 8.5", if you go bigger in wheel width go bigger in tires size, it isn't rocket science.

No, but I have seen many 225 aftermarket tires put on AP1 wheels next to the "225" S02's and they are noticeably narrower. Trust me, its kinda known as gospel amoung long time owners. I'm on my 3rd S2000 and have been an owner for atleast 6 years.

Bottomline, the OEM AP1 S02's 225's are infact closer to 245's. Jim at Tirerack will comfirm this.
