i dont believe it will. i think the factory side strake hardware curls under body some how. i didnt use any of the factory hardware due to drilling in the body. I'm almost positive that it gets in the way of the AJR side diffusers.

Just put mine on today, like the look, gives the sides a bit of character while keeping it clean.
