Eibach Pro w/ Konis. I have no before pics of the same rim but you can see the gap. Perfect height IMO.

Sorry for the late reply guys, been quite busy. Ok, here is a pic of my car and a lil whoring too as well

I am on the stock AP2 V1s. I'm starting to lean back towards the Eibach as a few more research helped me. Alot of the members feel the Eibachs work well with the stock shocks and I believe Eibach stated that it works perfect for it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Eibach has been a great supplier of springs and are covered with the million mile warranty of any issues. So, I put great trust in them. No doubt adding konis will help but I didnt think it would be a problem with the stock shocks. If anyone can let me know of problems with the Eibachs on stock shocks please due tell.
I have about 42,XXX miles on the S and my shocks are still great as I have just gotten them checked out. Feels great as well. If the Espelirs drop to low where it jeopardizes the suspension, then decision is made on Eibachs. Who here has had problems with the Espelirs on stock shocks?
Again, thanks for the pics and info guys. Keep coming if you want.

not trying to flame but why should you even conside using espilir on stock damper?(unless i read you wrong)

the rate is almost double if i remember right for espilir spring when you compare to stock spring rate(on my model year), and i think it's rear baised also(like ap1)

while eibach is a only a mild drop and around the ball park 50 lb more than oem spring rate, dont quote me on the number since they are all in my other PC.

sure, the lower the better looking but if you think more than one inch, you are looking at dampering change, bumpsteer and all.
I dont recall the rates begin double, can you confirm this? I thought they were around 100lbs over stock. Anywho... I am running Espilirs with stock shocks and have no problems. Very happy with the drop, the car actually looks lowered.

For those of you running on koni yellows and espilirs, how does the ride compare to stock? I'm interested in this setup and was hoping I would not run into any complications in terms of rubbing or steering.

please lmk

thanks
