Here I got this picture off a Hot Version video. I think you can see the rear tow hook in the screen cap.

I know thats not the OEM bumper, but would the mounting point be the same?

Thats the video if you want to check it out for some additional angles of the hook.

I dont mean this in an offensive manner but you have no say in this. You drive a car (the Miata) that 99% of owners are considered homosexual. But lemme guess what your comeback is....

"Yeah, but can your car handle as good as mine?!?!?!?!"

Give me a break!
Are you serious with this quote. This just shows your maturity level. I have plenty of things to say about what i think of you, but i know how to keep my mind to myself. I don't post too much on here but i saw this and it has really pissed me off. First off let someone do what they want to their car. If they choose to drive around in a delapitated piece of s**t, let them. They aren't asking you to make the payments let alone ride in it. and then to change the topic completely and center out someone because of the car that they drive is wrong. You not only centered this person out, who obviously is a fan of the S2K, just because he drives a miata. But you called out a whole community by completely refering to homosexuals as a bad thing. You need to really read the things that you say before you hit the post button. This site has thousands of people that log on and each one has different views and beliefs of what looks good or is considered "RICE". last time i checked Wikipedia didn't even have anything to determine what RICE is on a car. So i don't know what makes you think your almighty one-sided brain knows what the definition is. Well enough of this guy. could we see some pics of that tow hook.

Can we report people like this "Trivium" guy to an administrator? People like this are ruining this community.

To answer the original question, it is my understanding that you will have to cut the stock bumper to mount the J's rear towhook in its intended location.

That is basically what rice is. Taking something that has a purpose and putting it on your car without using the part for its intended use OR taking something completely useless and putting it on your car.

This may seem complicated to you since its on an ungodly s2000 but im sure you laugh when you see the same thing on a civic or mustang... much like the general population would laugh.
You're funny. No one cares of your anti-rice tactics. Just give up.

Ok, so tell me this, what was the purpose of your comment and what did you get out of it??? If you have nothing nice to say, dont say it at all! I'm not even going to continue with this but if there are any admistrators out there, I would like to report this trivium guy. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

^^^^ I've seen that before too, but I'm curious how they managed without cutting the rear at least a little right around where the exhaust cap meets the actual bumper.

I must be missing something, because that picture shows it quite clearly.
