What kind of MPG do you get towing with that setup? Premium or regular? Are you using a weight distributing hitch and/or airbags in the rear?

I picked up a 4th gen this year with towing in mind but have yet to tow with it. May also have to replace the suspension and am considering going to a similar setup but am concerned about making mileage worse.
