At Type One, their shop, I met the president of the company. He showed me around, explained some of the things they were doing. The pics pretty much speak for themselves, but what they were doing to the white S2K was removing the stock suspension mounts and replacing them with some stiffer ones that they had just developed. Unfortunately none of the Spoon cars were there, they were en route to Chicago.

I picked up a new Ti shift knob while I was there for roughly $80

wow, all the cars there are badass! I guess Ichishima decided to drop a k20a into an eg after watching Best Motoring where Tsuchiya said the k20a eg from Top Setup was better than the Spoon b18 eg

Why are the spoon race cars heading to Chicago for? I'm curious cause if they are coming to Chicago, I wanna check them out
