Interesting plate you have on the shifter. I kinda like the look of it. Nice job on all that you've done!

Nice pics guys!

Kodokan - The CF is a nice touch. I think CF is very hard to do right, it ends up looking cheesy if it's poorly planned. Even the "CF" on the SLKs looks cheap to me, too cheap to be a Benz. But yours looks great, well worth the money I'm sure.

Sleepy - Great Blue and Black combo, it really does look very professional.

Scott Evil - The tan on red is beautiful. Makes the S look even more sporty, almost ferrari-ish. IMHO You should do some more accents with the tan, something with the dash or center console or something.

As someone in the market for a Spa Yellow s2k, I have to agree with Hunnicuttz:
I would like to two tone mine with yellow and black in my Spa Yellow. Does anyone have any pictures of the interior in yellow and black?

Thank you It took me about two months to make it I made the shifter out of stainless steel and the plate and ball are aluminum. The throw is about 30% shorter than the OEM shifter.

Damn sure doesn't.......but looks good. How much in a PITA was the VGS wheel to mount. Don't you need a special hub or something?

I think you can just respline the VGS wheel to fit the USDM shaft.

Looks are deceiving the shorter throw comes from under the plate in the workings of the shifter. The hight of the shifter is about as tall as OEM but may appear taller since there is no boot. Also the plates gate opening is larger than it has to be this was done to give a nicer look.
