Got the mock up for the intake done..

Ignore all the different type of piping. Thats just what I had around the shop. I plan on getting two 90 degree pipes. The only thing that would still be on it is the AEM coupler right in the middle. And the piping would be left shiny or painted to match.

Also the elbow from the T.B. to the S.C. will the painted black or most likely just the painted to match the engine bay and the rest of the piping.

And yes I know that the filter is near the headers and may be hot.. But once it gets to the S.C. the heat will increase A LOT.. trust me. That is where the water/meth injection comes in. And I am still debating on making a type of intake box around the filter and put a cold air feed hose type thing..

I like the work you have done but, Are you seriously thinking you arent going to be dragging in hot air? Aka heat soak? Personally id some how route the intake to the front of the car like the k24 s2k.

How are you planning on cooling it I right now have a cobalt ss and ran the m62 and currently have a harrop TVS on it and there is a reason these blowers are called heatons maybe it will be different on an s2k but I have to run a large water to air heat exchanger and my ait's are still out the roof. And color wise I love the color of the tvs

I thought about it.. But I wanted to run it across the engine bay. And the air no matter what temp it is from where it enters will not be as hot as what it would be from when it leaves the S.C... Note the reason I stated water/meth injection. It is pretty necessary with the amount of boost from a smaller roots type.

But plans can always change.. It all depends on the price of the piping. All these little things are kicking me in the butt.

Yeah I saw the methanol it's just a total pain in the ass I have had two pumps go out on me and I still don't think that will be enough but I guess I will see I'm new to the s2000 world but I do know a lot about roots style superchargers

So since my wallet is growing very thin due to this project.. I couldnt get new piping for my exhuast.
But I got lucky and had a 3 inch off of some other car laying around.. I also went and picked up a 5 foot piece of 3 inch for 10 bucks..So I finally got to start on my header back exhaust today at around noon. Only got to work on it for about 3 hours cuz I had to go to work..

Got from the header back to right behind the axles in the back. I am still waiting for my mufflers to come in the mail.

Here is what I started with.

Hopefully I'll get to get in finished up in the next day or two.
