Default Project Logic2k Stealth Sound Setup Complete

I finally completed the sound setup in the S2000. Here are pictures of the work and the finished setup. I'm very happy with it...sounds incredible... 2 Illusion 10" Carbon Fiber Sub's in the Floor, 4 6" Illusion Carbon Fiber Sub's (2 in each kick panel) and 4 Illusion Tweeters (1 in each kick panel and 1 in each A-Pillar). The subs are powered by a 500/1 and the kicks are powered by a 300/2. I have a Xenarc in car PC going to the Xenarc 7" Touchscreen and the Sound System with a Sound Blaster Live external sound card. The PC provides Navigation, XM Radio, FM Tuner, TV Tuner, DVD Player, holds a few thousand songs for me and videos, as well as full time internet access. The goal I wanted to reach was a great sounding quality system that would not cut down on the space of the S2000. If you want more pictures of the install or my other mods on the car goto my website at Project Logic2k Website.

You better put a fan on top of the computer case. I used have same setup but system slways freeze due to heat.

Yeah the last one I had which was a AMD processor also overheated a lot. I've had this one in the car now for almost a year in the Phoenix heat and hever had a problem. It's totally fanless and uses the case to vent the heat. I was also skeptical at first but it's worked out quite well. I had it just sitting in the trunk under the other equipment the past year or so while I tested it all and it's really made me happy. Only complaint is it isn't the fastest thing in the world. It's quick enough and runs without problems but the 1ghz prosessor is nothing compared to other processors of today. Decided to sacrifice speed to ensure non overheating lol.

I agree ... wtf...

Is the magnet of your sub sticking out under the chassis like 4 inches from the open road?

Actually it's perfectly even with the chassy... NOT the bottom of the car.. the parts that you jack the car up by on the outsides and stuff still go an inch or so lower... here's a pick of my example... these subs are the lowest depth sub i've ever found. It does this by putting the magnet in the front of the sub in the center of the cone... they use a ni'didium magnet (hell i can't spell). This part of the system as well as the kick panels is the oldest part of my system... they have been in effect and working in my car now for 5 years without issue. It amazes even me lol
